Online Return Policy Notice:
All items purchased online at Natalie Scott must be returned within 14 days of receipt for in-store credit only. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for damaged and/or lost packaging. In-store credit will only be issued after we receive the item in good condition and ready for resale.
We do not accept refunds for any products listed as final sale or in progress.
If you discover any product is damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will be happy to resolve the issue directly at Support@NatalieScott.shop. We offer quality products, but normal wear and tear is normal and will not be refunded.
