Section 1 - What Do We Do with Your Information?
When you shop at our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you provide, such as your name, address, and email address. When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer's Internet Protocol (IP) address so that we can learn about your browser and operating system. Email Marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

Section 4 - Shopify
Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with an online e-commerce platform that enables us to sell our products and services to you. Your data is stored through Shopify's data storage, databases, and the general Shopify application. They store your data on secure servers behind firewalls.
Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, Shopify will store your credit card data. This data is encrypted in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as necessary to complete the purchase transaction. Once the transaction is completed, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, a joint initiative of brands such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure that our store and its service providers handle credit card information securely. If you provide us with your credit card information, we encrypt that information using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology and store it using an AES-256 encryption algorithm. Section 7 - Cookies
Below is a list of cookies we use. We list them here so you can choose whether to opt out of cookies. _session_id , unique token, session, allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, login page, etc.). _shopify_visit , no data stored, persists for 30 minutes from the last visit, used by our website provider's internal stats tracker to record the number of visits. _shopify_uniq , no data stored, expires at midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, counts the number of visits by a single customer to a store. _cart , unique token, persists for 2 weeks, stores information about the contents of the shopping cart. _secure_session_id , unique token, session, storefront_digest , unique token, unspecified. If the store has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.

The Natalie Scott Mobile Messaging Service (the "Service") is operated by Natalie Scott ("Natalie Scott," "we," "us," or "our"). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify or discontinue the Service or any features thereof without notice to you. We may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time, to the extent permitted by applicable law, and your continued use of the Service after the effective date of any such changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
By agreeing to Natalie Scott's SMS/text messaging service, you consent to receive periodic SMS/text messages from Natalie Scott at the mobile phone number provided by your wireless carrier, even if your mobile phone number is registered on any state or federal "Do Not Call" list. SMS messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, reminders, and information (e.g., order updates, account reminders, etc.). Promotional messages may include sales, special offers, and other marketing offers (e.g., shopping cart reminders).
You understand that you are not required to enroll in this program to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of making any purchases from Natalie Scott. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
There is no service fee, but you are solely responsible for all SMS-related charges charged by your mobile carrier. The frequency of SMS messages varies. Text messaging and data charges may apply. Please check your mobile plan and contact your mobile carrier for details. You are solely responsible for all SMS/text messaging-related charges, including those charged by your mobile carrier.
You may opt out of this service at any time. You can cancel by texting "STOP" to our number or clicking the unsubscribe link (if provided) in any text message. You will receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device unless you initiate one. If you have subscribed to other Natalie Scott mobile text messaging services and wish to cancel, you will need to opt out of those services separately, following the instructions in the applicable mobile terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may change any short codes or phone numbers used to operate the Services at any time and will notify you of such changes. You acknowledge that any messages you send to our changed short codes or phone numbers (including any "Stop" or "Help" requests) may not be received, and we will not be responsible for processing requests contained in such messages.
Wireless carriers supported by the Service are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile phone number. If you change your mobile phone number, you will need to register for this Plan using the new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we are not responsible for the failure, delay, or misdelivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any actions you may or may not take in reliance on that information or the Service.
